In the standard game, the dart board is hung so that the bullseye is 5 ft 8 in (1.73 m) from the floor, eye-level for a six foot man. The oche (pronounced 'ock-ey')--the line behind which the throwing player must stand--is 7 ft 9¼ in (2.37 m) from the face of the board, though a few British pubs set it at 8 ft (2.44 m) or 8 ft 6 in (2.59 m). For casual play, it is not uncommon to find the oche somewhat further or closer than the tournament standard, either due to rounding of the specified distance (to 7½ or 8 feet), or just due to measurement error (such as measuring from the wall, rather than using a plumb line to measure from the board face).

The regulation height of a dart board is 5 feet 8 inches from the center of the bullseye to the floor. The standard distance of the toe line (where the player stands to throw the darts) is 7 feet 9 ½ inches from the face of the dart board

Height: 5’ 8" from floor to center of the bull’s eye Throwing Line: 7’ 9-1/4" from the board to the throw line (or 9’ 7-3/8" when measured diagonally from the bull’s eye to the throw line) Thowing Lane: Preferably 2’ open on both sides of the board (Darts are sharp!) Mounting: The board should be mounted flush to the wall --not leaning-- with #20 directly at the top.

The height of the dartboard should be 5' 8" from the centre of bullseye in a plumb line to the floor. The distance of the oche or throw line from the board should be exactly 7 feet 9¼ inches from the point where that plumb line reaches the floor.

The center of thebullseye shoud be 5'8" off the ground. Not sure what that converts to metric, and i am too lazy to look it up.
