Sexiest voice would be Angelina Jolie.
Sexiest guy voice is Vince, can't think of his last name, from "The fast in the Furious" and "The Pacifier". Antonio Banderas has the sexiest accent.

For some reason, I go weak for Sean Connery's accent. Although, I have always liked accents from Scotland, Ireland and Australia. Though I like the ladies voices better than the men.

Jason Statham (from The Transporter) has a really cool accent. Its deep and grovelly with a British twist.

My all-time fave accent is Scottish, and there are many good examples of it. But I guess the most well-known is Sean Connery. ;) Another sexy (and sexy-voiced) Scotsman is Gerard Butler.
I also like soft Irish accents, and Bono has a beautiful one.
