A long time ago, after we had moved into our new house, we my wife & I heard the sound of a music box comming from upstairs. We didn't know where it was comming from at 1st, but as we followed the sound it led us into the master bedroom.
As we got closer to the source of the sound the music suddenly stopped.
Here's the kicker. WE DON"T OWN ANY MUSIC BOXES, or anything else that makes that type of sound.
I would think that I was going crazy myself, but my wife heard the sound at the same time as I did.
I used to know the name of the song that we heard, but it was so long ago, that I have forgotten what it was.
We have never heard that sound again.

I sometimes scoff at the idea of ghosts, but then I remind myself about that ghostly music box, & then I am not so sure.

I don't have the noises, but I have heard a woman cry lots of times. I totally checked out everything, if it was the wind, the neighbors etc. etc. It wasn't. The crying always remained at the same volume level, so it didn't get louder or softer, where ever I was in the room. If you really want to get rid of it you might consider to hire someone to "clean"your house on an energetic level. Just be sure it's not a fraud.

If you live in an apartment or duplex, if could be your neighbors. Sound travels in funny ways. Does anyone else hear it?

If this is happening at night, either waking you up or just as your dozing off, you may be dreaming. Supposedly, you can actually start dreaming before you are actually asleep. This can happen if you are exceptionally tired, stressed or on medication. I was on some pain medication one time that had me actually seeing hazy figures that were not there. It would scare me and I'd wake up. They'd immediately disappear. If I were a superstitious person, I would think think they were ghosts.

I suggest when you hear the noise that you look for it, to rule out it isnt a neighbor.

If you truly believe yourself to be a rational and sane person, and you arent able to find where the noise is coming from, it may infact be an energy from a past life hanging around..

Maybe do some research on the house during your free time.

Why would you think its a ghost...why wouldnt it be a stork delivering you a baby? (you said you heard a baby crying) Maybe the tooth fairy was trying to steal your neighbors kids teeth! Has anyone else heard these noises? I hope its not bad Santa coming to take back presents! Now you have me worried. If you are the only one hearing these noises....maybe you have an ear infection or maybe....youre lonely....or the worst possible case scenario...youre going mad and you need some "good" drugs.

our house that we live in now our landlord told us that the last person who lived here moved out fast because she heard demon voices in the house. she even went as far as getting a priest in here and she said they never went away and so she moved. we have never heard anything or seen anything so i think some people are more sensitive than others and you need to simply ask it to go away and it will put your mind at ease and see if it don't go away.

First of all, let me explain someting to you. There are no ghosts, never have been, never will be and thats that. However, if you have yourself soooooo convinced that you hear a ghost, it's all in your head. If you beleive something long enough, it will happen even if it's not real. Perhaps you need to discuss your problem with a phygoligist or other qualified medical person.

I think that if you hear these things you are probably bringing up bad memories of the past........or your house is haunted.....either way you should go to see a psycologist
