Don't try to make it up. You deserve to get enough sleep. You deserve to relax and be unproductive.

I had a paper route a long time ago.
I used to be really tired all the time.
One day I fell asleep on the living room floor.
When I woke up, I freaked out.
I didn't no how long I had slept for.
I ran outside looking for the papers to deliver.
I didn't see any.
The papers must not have arrived yet.
Something seemed really odd though.
I finally realized that it was 7:00pm and not 7:00am
and I just took a nap in the evening, rather than the morning.
(In the summer time, 7:00pm has just as much light as 7:00am. That was the cause for my lapse in judgment. Talk about stress.)

That is your body telling you. I need to rest and re-group. How much sleep do you get at night? You know you need at least 8 hours. I know I never get the 8 hours. But to answer your question I set my alarm a few minutes early and hit the snooze a couple of times to wake up slowly, when I get up I get a caffeine drink. To help perk me up. Then I am on my way.

Get several alarm clocks and set them to go off a few hours apart. Put them in different rooms in your house that way if you fall asleep, one of them will wake you. Problem rousing out of that sleepy mode? Snort some pepper up your nose. Won't hurt and it'll wake you up....guaranteed. (Unless you snort pepper on a regular basis which pretty much makes you weird)

If you find a way to wake yourself up more effectively, get on an infomercial and tell somebody. (I'm being a little sarcastic, but not insulting).

That is definitely your body telling you that it needs more sleep. Try to get a good 8 hours of deep sleep every night. Outside of that....one word....COFFEE!!!!!

stretch and pretend that the person you are most attracted to will be at your doorstep to offer you a marriage proposal in 30 minutes and you want to look your best.
