I think they do, however, there are some issues that are separate. It just depends on the difference in what the UK priorities are as compared to the US. Each country has a different stake in the policy issues that are currently on the table. But one time I went on the UK web sites just for something different and we pretty much agree on the same things.

Because Bush tells Blair what to do and Bush is the only person Blair listens to for some God only knows reason. Blair defiantly does not listen to the people of the UK he does not give a sh1t about us.

The UK and US share a close relationship, more so since 9/11 and the invasion of Iraq. As a Briton I am glad of our close relationship with the US as I certainly wouldn't want to be at odds with her.
I should imagine our sharing of a language and colonisation of North America helps too.
