how does the person effect the other people around him. how does the persons social life become, do his friends stop being his friend, do the people start to reject him. what kind of problems do they get into

They are usually impulsive. It can cause a person to become depressed. Not as active or social. Not be able to recall information. At least that is what everyone will tell you. Look up Timothy Leary. He's an author. He has radical view points, but interesting view points none the less.

Usually when I am in contact with a stoned person they are relaxed and hungry. They never negativly do anything to me.

they just seem to sit there. if you're not smoking with them, they're usually not that much fun to be around.
