Im 17 and me and my friends were gonna go down to texas. my aunt lives in texas and she is gonna pick us up from the airport. could she rent us a room and leave us alone for the rest of the week. Would she have to check us out? Could she rent us a room?

some one 21 or older has to sign u in, she would have to act like shes staying there as well, they really wont find out if u and ur friends behave and dont act like idiots. I was 18 and hubby was 19 when we got married and his mom had to sign in for us to get a hotel but we used his credit card to pay.

she could rent the room for you. they would really not know if she was really there the entire time or not, but if you are 17 and a bunch of friends are going, you may get into some trouble. if you do so will your aunt.

Not if she was smart. You are a minor and cannot get a hotel room.

There may be some low class, owner opertated places that may allow this but I wouldn't count on it.
