Since anthropologists generally define culture as when societies began using symbols, and since symbolic artifacts have been found that 50,000 years old, culture is at least that old. So the answer is none of the above. All of these societies presumably belonged to a society which had culture for at least 50,000 years and far predated any of their identifications. Culture was obtained by one of our presumably unknown ancestors far before we have any documented history.

Going by culture, well, I would believe Egypt (3800 B.C.) should be since it is near where the human race began, but apparently not culture...
Yet, farther away, the OLDEST examples of MODERN HUMAN BEHAVIOR were found in south africa (100000 B.C.) 8o
fun facts :)
Kemet (Egypt) is the worlds oldest nation-state.
Mesopotamias culture maybe older than Kemet's (Egypt's)
But Egypt's peoples' culture is derived from the Saharan cultures from before they moved north, from WAY BACK.
They found a year 8000 canoe in west africa (maybe NIGERIA).
I know about the east-european thing (though I doubt TURKISH culture existed) , however that's refurring to an old PRE-AGRICULTURAL MEGALITHS, NOT CIVILIZATION. It IS, however a CULTURE! It is older than Pharaohnic Egypt.
BOTTOM LINE: All cultures are old.
Ex; although ancient egypt had a nation west african were found to have been working iron before them.
Ex 2: SAME TIME, DIFFERENT PLACES; Ceramics were first made in WESTERN AFRICA, THEN AT ALMOST THE SAME TIME IN EAST ASIA (CHINA JAPAN SIBERIA)
Ex 3: Pyramids; They've been spotted in South America, Africa, South East Europe, and even in Asia.
Ex 4: Just as well, China(east-asia), and the super distant Ijebu(central/west-africa) both had GREAT WALLS
;) You know, now that I think of it, MANKIND'S CULTURE IS THE OLDEST!

Actually none of the above. The oldest is Mesapotamia, invented a written language before Egypt. Would you believe the same people as those bloodthirsty Irakis today. Very sad.

Egyptian culture is older among these three. But the oldest culture of the world was discovered in Iraq. And about China you can ask on http://ask.jongo.com/ I think you will get useful information.
