If you have a copy of Microsoft Office or Works Word on your computer, in the toolbar under "Insert", and click on the Symbol tab, you will have a box appear, and then under the one type of symbols, the is the circled c and r and tm for the copyright, trademark and registered.
As far as getting a keyboard with on it, they do not come that way, you would need a awfully big keyboard.

The basic way is to hit the Insert tab and choose Special Character or Symbol, and then select the one you want. But in some word processors, like MS word or OpenOffice, if AutoCorrect is turned on (under Options), just typing (c), or (r), should result in a copyright symbol, or registered trademark (©
® ), respectively. MsWord will also turn (tm) into a trademark symbol. .http://malektips.com/mw2k0003.html
I use OpenOffice, which i find to be very good - and completely free (http://www.openoffice.org) and very customizable (however i prefer the 1.15 version as it has Autosave, rather than just Auto Backup). I know with that Word Pro (and likely wityh MSword) you can even even go to AutoCorrect/Autoformat and choose to have certain letters automatically converted into the word(s) they stand for. Have fun.

Do a search for "alt codes".. you will find a list of characters that can be inserted into text by holding the alt key and punching in 4-5 numbers.

You could go into the keyboard control panel, and change the US keyboard to a US-International keyboard. ®.
