There is absolutely no question he's the best. I was happy to see that no one was throwing up those BS new rappers that I had expected like lil John or some crap like that. So props on that. Tupac sang/rapped with passion and a purpose. His lyrics were well thought out, well written, and it was just pure rap. I'm not even a huge rap fan, except for him and Eminem, but he was a rap god.

Agree nobody makes songs like Pac, everyones about partying big rims and life is good. Although I like the new Ludacris song in which he bit the concept off of Pacs Brenda's got a baby.

Pharoahe Monch is the best rapper of all-time because he's the complete package: flow, delivery, content, style, everything.
I haven't listened to rap music in a few years so I can't speak on today's rappers.
