I think he might be planning to buy the WWE from VKM! That would be so cool he will be a way more better Chairman than VKM.

I'm thinking that Trump will propose that he picks a wrestler to manage at Wrestlemania and Vince picks a wrestler to manage at Wrestlemania. These two wrestlers (Hogan and Shane are the names rumoured) have a match. If Trump's wrestler wins, Trump will get the vacated GM of Raw spot. If Vince's wrestler wins, Trump will have to kiss Vince's ***.

well the plan is to have him manger hulk hogan and vince is going to manage his son Shane McMcManoh. The match is, as of known, Hogan vs. Shane.
