I am interested in upgrading my graphic card. I am not familiar with a lot of the technical jargon, but I would like some advice on what would be best for me. I'm not an avid gamer, although I do play games (CIV, Warcraft, Diablo etc) every once in a while online with friends. I do like watching full screen videos. What would be best for me that isn't going to cost a lot?

First thing you need to do, is find out what type of graphic card your computer will accept... whether PCI, AGP, PCIExpress, etc.
From there, you can find out what sort of cards are available, and study the specs on them. If you have a good computer repair shop near you, they will often have lots of information, but sometimes be slanted to only the products that they carry. Take some time to research before you buy. Good luck.

Then you will have to go to ebay or tigerdirect.com or another website or a store near you and get at least geforce 6 series or the radeon X series
And it also depends if you want high end graphics or middle-high
or middle or low-midle or low-low
