I've been really tired,and having panic attacks for like 3 weeks..non stop!Is this normal??What can I do to get rid of them in school??I try calming myself down..but when I do,they just don't go away!Can they make you feel really tired..to the point where u don't want to get up out of bed??Can they be caused by stress over having so much homework?Please help me!

i take medication when my panic attacks are beginning. the medicine i take is SERAX 30MG ......
when i feel the panic attack coming on, i take 1 capsule of serax
and it usually takes about 20 minutes to start working.......
but before i was diagnosed for them, what i would do is practice slow breathng to try to calm myself down and after a while when the rhythmic slow breathing did not work my psych MD put me on medication.....
try the breathing calmly and slowly to see if your panic attacks
go away and if not call your doc for an RX for your panic attacks.
the medicine really works well--i sure hope this is helpful for you
i know that having these attacks are the pitts....and they can really get out of control and i do wish you the BEST OF LUCK...

During a panic attack you will have more of an adrenaline rush - your heart will race, you can get sweaty and feel like you are going to die.

I think the fatigue you are feeling is probably due to depression. It's not uncommon to suffer depression in addition to the panic attacks. They often go hand in hand.

Depression will make you lose all motivation, cause extreme debilitating fatigue and definitely make you not want to get out of bed...it can also cause physical symptoms like headaches, back pain and chest pain...stress can make you depressed and anxious...
