How can we prevent bacteria from infecting us? (washing our hands or infection)
What's the difference between a bacteria and a virus? (virus needs a host)
Why do we have good bacteria inside us? (to help digest food)

Although we usually think of bacteria as bad, sometimes bacteria can be helpful, so I'd add the question "Is it sometimes helpful?"
And "Can you see bacteria?"
