when i play a game on xbox live in like the 3rd or 4rth quarter it comes up and says.... your connection has been lost.. you have been removed from excessive delay......WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN LOL.... i would be in the middle of a play and it comes up lol?? help please

Apparently your online connection is slowing down the gameplay, and holding up the other player.

make sure yo internet connection is workin good
