I live in San Fransisco, and I need to know what time the show LOST comes on. Some of my friends say 9, as usual, but it says new time. My other friends say 10, then others say 7. Who is right? and what time does it come on?

In comes on at 10 in California, and 9 in the central part of the United States

It means 10:00.
They broadcast it at 10:00 in every time zone, except for Central Time, when it's broadcast on the same signal as the East Coast, which means it's an hour earlier when you watch there.
If you have a satellite with an East Coast feed, you could watch it at 7:00. I actually TiVo a lot of my programs on the East Coast feed, but unfortunately, I can't get ABC early.

pacific coast airing times are the same as east coast air times (except for live events like football games)

it means 10pm you are 3 hours behind the east coast so by the time you are waching lost i'll be asleep for 3 hours

it comes on 10pm est u r 3 hrs earlier so that must mean 7pm BUT just check each hour and then u will know. It is still on ABC
