You can't just up and disappear with the kids if he's the father unless you want to find your a ss in deep sh it with the long arm of the law.
Do it the right way. File for divorce, like a good soon to be little ex wife. Get your child support awarded and then you'll be required to adhere to the goddamned law on visitation.

For the rest of these stupid dumb biatches out there she never mentioned anything about there being physical abuse or threats of violence. Yet others advise you to call the law on your husband. Well if you want a goddamned war on your hands you can do that and then you might regret it in the long run.

If you have 3 daughters, then make him leave. The girls need a safe home. If he has threaten them and you see what the law can do. You may need to get a restraining order on him and file for child support from him. Of course this will mean you will need to work too. But you all will be safe.

Don't do what I did ,.let him Make me live in fear. Call the police and file a restraining order on him , if he breaks it, have his a** picked up. I wish I hadn't of been so naive and ignorant , my life and my children's would have a lot happier. We all three really hated him because he was the rudest , hatefulles Bast*** that ever drew a breath. He made our lives a living hell, get his but of there before you and the kids get physically hurt.

it will be hard to say some thing about it, of course he can't make you stay, we all free people, you did no explain why you want to leave, are you cheatting on him?, have you asked go to marriage counseling?, if my wife said to me that she wants to leave me and take my kids for no reason, of course , I want to know why, she just can take my kids away from me just because she found another man.
if that is the case, have you consider a join custody for your children?.

it sound to me that you are not telling the whole story, think about your kids, this could end in a tragedy if it is not handled carefully and in all of you (as family) best interest.

Following is the national domestic violence hotline 800-799-SAFE (7233)... do NOT leave this anywhere he can find it and make certain you clear your phone from the "last number called" after you haven spoken with them. I am personally familiar with your circumstances and do not feel you should take it lightly. As a matter of fact... now that you have told him of your intentions his behavior may become more erractic, agressive, suspicious, and/or controlling. Get help for you and your daughters... ASAP. Bless you and I wish you well.

You need to find a new man who can and will defend you . This will change his idea of dominating the game and will eigther make him stop or reach his peak. If he stops great if not at least you wont be alone and your new man can definetly put a fight. Keep your head girl it seems like he wasnt your type anyways.

Oh my gosh... you should definitely talk to the police or someone who can help you. What kind of hours does he work? If he works during the night, you could always pack up your girls and drive. And trust me, you can get pretty far in 5 hours. How close is your family? Try to get to them and talk to them about your marriage. They'll believe you because you are their relative. Get help and save yourself and your girls.
