Well, Ted Haggard had three weeks of "intensive" anti-gay therapy and now he's 100% heterosexual.

If you buy that I've got a bridge for sale I'd like you to take a look at.

Go outside, do some actual learning and realise that your god is a lie.

If you are gay, then there is simply no way to change. Oh, you can live a lie, go through the motions of being straight, even get married and have children. But if you are gay, then you will always be attracted to other men and the deep conflicts this will cause if you try to live a lie will be devastating, not only to yourself, but to those who love you.

God doesn't say gays are bad. God created gays, just like He created people with blue eyes and people with red hair. If you're gay, there is nothing wrong with you. Do not try to change.

Sweetheart, God does not say gays are bad. Some _people_ say gays are bad. But God doesn't.

Jesus never condemned gay people, and Jesus is the Son of God. If anyone is going to follow His dad's rules it would be Jesus, don't you think? Now, we're always saying WWJD, right? So let's take a look at what Jesus did.

Did you know that Jesus healed the gay partner of a Roman soldier from a physical ailment, but did NOT change or "heal" the fact that he was gay? He even told the gay Roman soldier that he would have a place in heaven! A gay guy, a gay guy who was not celibate by any stretch of the imagination, in heaven!!! I dunno about you, but I believe Jesus' actions more than the statements of mere mortals any day.

It's important to remember that Jesus made waves among the religious during His time on Earth. He came to set the record straight about His dad. And many everyday people, including people like us, didn't reallly like Him that much, because His actions flew in the face of what everyone else thought was the right and Godly way. Here was this guy who was going around refusing to go along with what people had believed about God's will for centuries. He was going against what was already written down in a holy text as God's word! How dare He!

So after Jesus set the record straight and was resurrected some of the holy writings were gathered into a new holy text, right? The Bible. Think of the Bible as one big game of "telephone." Remember playing that game as a kid? The message at the end was never the same as the message at the beginning, was it?

2000 years ago a message was passed on. Men gathered many different writings about God and Jesus. These writings were originally in several different languages. Then they sat down and put them all in one book. That book has been translated and translated and translated for 2000 years by PEOPLE. Even if God was the original sender of the message, we've had 2000 years to mess it up!

Here are some examples of times when the Bible was used to justify horrible things: denying a woman's right to vote, supporting slavery, killing women for having medical knowledge. This was done by taking Bible passages out of context and/or by purposely mistranslating them into English.

Now, I'm sure you don't think your mom is doing a bad thing when she goes to vote. And you don't think the female school nurse is evil, right? And I dunno about you, but I've never once considered owning another human being! These things sound silly, don't they? Well guess what? Saying that God thinks gay people are bad because of who they love is silly, too.

But what do I know. I'm just a mortal. Go ahead and talk with Him. See what He has to say about it. I think you'll find that God loves you, just the way you are. He may even guide you to learn about other Christian beliefs about homosexuality. Would you believe that there are many Christian denominations, and they don't all say that being gay is bad?

Good luck hon. I'll be thinking of you!

First of all: Maybe you mis-interpreted the bible. I'm not a Christian, a Deist (I believe that there's one Deity). However, it appears form your question that you received a lot of religious education, and if being gay was in your hands, then you would have changed it, wouldn't you? But you didn't, because you're born with it, you didn't choose to be gay, you just are! Just feel comfortable about yourself and believe me, God made you gay, and he loves you.

You can't change. Even if you never do anything with a guy again, you will have to accept that it is a part of you. If you don't, you could be creating problems later.

I think you need to talk to your parents or guardian. Chances are charges could be brought up on the senior who took advantage of a minor. Son, you've been abused, you must report it before this smarmy senior does it to somebody else. Hurry now, don't delay.

Just ask God to forgive you, and ask Him to take that unnatural desire to be with boys away from you. I know that peer pressure can be awful, but if you ask God for the power of the Holy Spirit to help you when you are tempted. You are not a bad person. It's one of those things that Satan tries to fool us into thinking is OK. I will pray for you. I don't know you, but God does. God bless .
