Penis size varies, everyone is different, its all down to genes. Some penises stop growing around that age, some stop when you reach about 20, but it is unlikely you will grow much more.
Don't worry about it because most of the womans sensitive nerves stop about 2 inches into the vagina, so your penis is more than enough to get the job done and satisfy her needs.

Penis size, has been determined by genetics. When you reach maturation your body and its organs will stop growing. Most people reach maturation by the time they are done with the teenage years. you are probably in the middle of puberty and thus probably are not completely through the maturation process.
unaroused penis size varies greatly among men.
Since we are all different, you would expect some males to have bigger penises than you, while others will have smaller ones. The size of your penis does not say what kind of a person you are. This is important to remember since a lot of males seem to be concerned about penis size

Nothing to worry about! You will be amazed with the average size penis. They do surveys on sizes but a massive majority lie in the survey and say it's bigger than it really is. Can you honestly imagine that the 'Penis Inspectors' come to your house and demand a measurement? No!! So what people they do ask will lie as well as you would. Your penis will probably not grow much longer. If a girl seen your penis she would think that it is average. If you are concerned about size do not worry. You do not want a big penis because if you have sex, girls will talk about with their girlfriends and guys that they hang out with. You will be the talk of the town and viewed as a sex object.
