Does she know you like him? Because if she did that was messed up on her part-but if not then there's nothing you can do. Clearly he likes her and you should let her know that you a crushing on him but let them be together and try to move on.

Does your best friend know you have a crush on this person? Either way you should (if you are able) to talk to your best friend about your feelings. Just doing so will help - it's possible your best friend will not stop dating this person, in which if you hadn't told him/her before, it wouldn't be fair to get upset.
I think on a deeper level, just ask yourself, is this person you have a crush on really that special? What makes them special? I have no doubt in my mind, because your best friend is dating this person...that person seems even more appealing than before, this is a kind of mental trap, so it's good to get some perspective by asking yourself some questions about the whole situations.

First of all thats really messed up that your best friend knew that and still went for it, but at the same time its not his/her fault because they too may have the same feelings. Dont wait for the relationship to end, because the longer you wait the closer they will become. The best thing to do is not take it against your best friend, move on to another, but if you really insist on dating this guy/girl, let that person know how you truly feel.

Well if she knows that the guy shes dating is someone your crushing on then shes not a very good friend...I'd say find a new friend, b/c this ones more about getting with guys than being a true friend to you

Some friend! Well, me and my real friends have agreements, if you like em' they're yours. And know when to draw that fine line. Honestly, some friend you got there, I'd drop em' like a bad habit.
