I posted this for someone else a while ago. I think it may help you aswell :)
You don't necessarily have to change your wardrobe or buy a whole new range of clothes to change your dressing style. Instead, all you need is some nice accessories, to go with your casual jeans and you'll be all glammed up. Here's a list of accessories that have an effect on your outlook: mutli-colored scarves, belts, ponchos, bandanas, headscarves, dangling earrings, purses, bags, hats etc.
Always combine clothes to get a brand new outfit. Try ponchos with tanktops and cropped pants. Or headscarves and sunglasses with cute casual dresses. Try wearing dress shirts wih boot cut jeans. Try a nice blazer with tight fitting jeans and some flat plumps. Change your shoes regularly. Go for high-heels, flats, plumps, stilletoes, boots, sneakers, sketchers, slippers etc.
Also the color combination should always be paid attention to. If your going for cute, try shades of pink with whites, or purples and blues, maybe red and pink. If you want to give a more dramatic expression, try darker shades, black and reds, maroons, magentas, violets etc. ALWAYS keep in mind that the colors should match-up well, and shouldn't give a bad expression. Colors ARE most important.
Remember you don't have to buy designer clothes or shop at claire's to look fab. You can buy vintage stuff and still look hot. Ask me, I've never wasted my money on designer stuff. Instead I just buy regular and cheap clothings, and ALWAYS get good comments on my dressing :D Good luck! :)

Well, first of all, be happy with who you are. Clothes don't make you any different and if your friends only judge you by your clothes, you shouldn't be hanging out with them. But if you really want to change your look, try wearing different combinations of tops and bottoms. I did that, and discovered a whole lot of new outfits. Don't be afraid to repeat outfits, because it's not such a big deal. And if you wear jeans one day, don't be afraid to wear the same jeans the next day. It's okay. Adjust, and I hope you find your true style!
