Go to the liquor store. Hah hah.
Seriously... you CANT get a six pack if you don't exercise, unless you paint it on or have some weird thing implanted under your skin. Your best bet is a series of exercises... dont buy those gimmick contraptions from rip-off tv ads.
Start by lying on your back with your hands under your butt. Keeping your legs straight lift them to vertical and lower them back down, slowly. Do this ten times. Then do the same thing except this time when your legs are vertical "push" them straight up into the air until your butt is a couple inches off the ground, then lower them back down. Do these ten times.
Then, do three sets of ten "crunches."
You'll be amazed at how much it burns, the first time. Do this once or twice a day... takes about ten minutes total.

Do some kind of cardio, like jogging or cycling or roller blading, at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes (but the more the better). This will help burn the layer of flat covering your muscles (because we all have a six pack underneath). Do crunches 3 - 7 times a week. Normal crunches, side crunches (opposite elbow to opposite knee), and bicycle crunches (moving your feet in a "pedaling" motion while laying flat on your back). This will help enlarge those muscles - and therefore help them to show through more. Eating healthier, more often, and in smaller portions helps too. Protein helps with building muscle. Good luck! Some people work on getting a six pack FOREVER and don't succeed!

It takes hard work, and a lot of exercise. you'll need to find the time. Eat right, and do some ab exercizes whenever you have some spare time. Try working in some cardio while your at it. Sometimes a thin layer of fat will cover your abs making them non-visible. The best way to burn this fat is by doing some cardio. If you really don't have the time, it may take a little while longer. Good Luck

There is no easy way, nothing ever is.
Squeeze in crunches whenever you are free to build up the muscle. If your overweight, you'll also have to do cardio exercises like running, bicycling, walking to lose the fat so that the muscles underneath show up.
Try walking or biking to school/work, do 2 sets of 20 crunches in the morning after you wake up and again after dinner. Just try to fit in the little things around your busy day. You won't show results for awhile, but keep it up and it'll happen.

I don't know, maybe you can help me out with that. I've got a faint six pack, but I had to run muchos miles and murder my abs almost daily for a long time. I've always been naturally thin, but the truth is you have to run alot. Your abs won't be visible unless you burn the fat covering them.

Have someone else run to the store and buy the six pack for you. Does not require any exercising at all.

8-Minute Abs is fantastic. I use it and so do all my friends. I just got thanked by a friend of mine who I gave it to. Literally she said, "Oh my god, eight minute abs has changed my life."

Not the liquor store, at least not in Dallas. Too many dry areas. Convenience Store. No liquor, just beer. Real quick.

Great abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. But.... you still need to work them to make them look good.
