Yes

You need an inverter to convert the DC 12 volt battery power output into AC 110V/240V volt to power the Wii and monitor (or any other home appliance)

Just hook it up. But the motion sensors will get screwed and unless you plan to bring a 30 inch tv with you, you cant attacth the sensor bar. So for practical reasons no. Technically, yes

I hope for a monitor in a passenger seat or back seat and not for you while driving...LOL. I'm sure it can be done.

i dont think that would be to safe; but you could always try just hooking it up to your tv like you would at home
