Affection and kindness given without expecting anything as a reward, because nowadays nearly everyone does things for others in order to get something for themselves, so in the end people help others just for selfish reasons, so finding someone who doesn´t is very rare, but admiration worthy.
Resilience, because people tend to have hard feelings when something bad happens to them and just stay that way, so people who go ahead being optimistic and don´t look back are admirable as well.

In no particular order...
Being true to yourself and honest to others, especially when it will hurt now, but less than later.
Being able to hear someone out before you judge them. Making the effort to hear the other side before deciding.
LIVING "turn about is fair play" all 4 ways, both the good and bad, both giving and receiving.
Understanding that "there is no gain without risk" and not forcing someone else to take all the risk, putting yourself out there and doing your part.
Being open to new things, without being vulnerable to them.
Having an opinion, being willing to discuss it, being interested in hearing and possibly respecting other's opinions and reasons for holding them.
Having an "ideal relationship" means having someone who supports how you want to grow as much as you support how they want to grow.
Being greedy, but in the very longest terms. (Doing absolutely nothing that will hurt you or yours or anybody with leverage anywhere in your life, and doing everything that will have eternal dividends on the positive side. Often trying to do this is a risk, but only choosing this kind of risk.)

Seeds.
To know that something so small and seemingly insignificant can sprout and turn into a beautiful flower or a massive tree. I can't help but to be in awe at the growth and variety of mother nature.--- I know, cheesy, but it does impress me.

The demonstrated ability to create a physical universe, place me in it and provide it with so much diversity that I can hardly find my way back out for more than brief moments impresses me most! Why?, because the only thing else that impresses me is nothing.

Intellect and a modest nature. Unfortunately, so many of us with a high IQ can seem so arrogant that others just assume that we're know-it-all nerds. However, to meet someone who I can discuss various theories ... string ... chaos ... Schrodinger's Cat etc ... with but they still have their feet on the ground; that would be something.

What impresses me most is when someone thinks totally about making me happy, that in turn makes me think only about making them happy. See if we take the thought away from what makes us happy and make sure that someone else is our problems won't seem so bad and we may end up happier than we think.

People who dedicate themselves to something they believe in, such as the environment or people less fortunate than they are, because with their efforts they can actually change the world and be remembered by other people when they die.
