Your parents should be able to opt you out of it. But it is not as bad as you think it's going to be. Most likely, you will be watching it with only other same sex students, and believe me, they all feel the same way you do. The teachers, counselors, etc., who will be in the room with you have been chosen because they are understanding and patient - please don't feel embarrassed. But once again, if you are really that uncomfortable, your parents should be able to opt you out.

For me, it wasn't until 6th grade that I had to watch that video. Anyway, its usually between 45 minutes and an hour.

my brother watched it in 4thgrade because it was split -the health movie isnt that bad ours was pretty funny we actually watched several movies but only needed one signature for the one movie which want long at all, dont stress it either
