Josh Howard! Even though he doesn't put up 30 a night, he hustles as much as any other guy in the game, plays incredible defense, is very long, and scores 20 pts a game with his versatile offensive talents. He can shoot, pass, dribble, slash, and rebound. Without Josh, Dallas' 28th pick in the '03 NBA Draft, the Mavs may have never developed into the elite team they are today, a team that scores and defends night in and night out. Also, Howard improves each and every year, proof of his terrific work ethic, unselfishness, and drive to win a championship with his TEAM. Unfortunately, he was somehow overlooked as an All-Star.......

It's hard. LeBron has the potential to be the best player ever but right now he's not playing very well. I mean he's shooting 60% from the line in the last 10 games. That's not good. That's like a Shaq free throw shooting %.
