I need to update on the following drivers:
-Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller
-VIA Bus Master IDE Controller
-Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC
-Vinyl AC'97 Codec Combo Driver (WDM)
-VIA Standard Host Bridge
-VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Hot Controller

I don't quite know where to look right now =/ I have a program called "Device Driver" to find the drivers I need to update, but I can't afford to activate it so that I can d/l the drivers immediately. I wish to update these drivers so it will cause me less trouble in the future.

If someone can help me, I appreciate it!
I use an emachine, and they don't help me look for the updates at all for the drivers that I have, and most of these I don't know the company that made them.

Most likely the above drivers would all be included with your chipset driver update. You shouldn't have to search them separately. It's fairly obvious that you have a VIA chipset. However, since your computer is an eMachine, giving the model number would be beneficial to finding more information.

Because your audio device is integrated (built directly onto the motherboard rather than as a separate PCI add-on card), then the drivers will be located on the motherboard manufacturer's site. Again, needing the model number of the eMachine to find this for you.

Most of these are motherboard drivers, you need to find the make of your motherboard and you should be able to download the latest drivers on their website.

Good luck!
