This is not a flippant answer. I simply don't care unless the hair is long enough to comb.

As long as its not long enough to braid or comb over then it shouldn't be a big deal.
I suppose if I'm kissing up her arm i wouldn't want to get a hair ball. (cough cough )
But I've never really noticed arm hair on woman before.

i am going have to probley stay with the hair because if you shave it off then it grows back the hair would look like wiskers and then when you rubb your hand across it it would fill like wiskers but if you do shave it off it would be sexy if you do it is probley be a dumb answer but still

Okay, I dunno if when you said "guys" whether you were referring to males or to just anybody. But either way I just have to say that it is gross if you don't have arm hairs!!! I have NEVER heard of someone shaving or waxing their arms and I hope not to know anyone who does that. That is just gross unless you have a GREAT reason to do so. So, yeah, that is what I think.
