I don't know why, but I like to read like 10 books at once. I guess the next one I'm going to read is Calling On Dragons. It's this twisted book about a princess who rather save herself, a flying donkey and some dragons. It's pretty awesome!!!

I'm going to re-read Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky because it's such a fantastic book and I don't think I fully grasped it the first time.
After that I really want to read Catch 22 and The Alchemist... but I'm in the bad books (no pun intended) with my local library so that may be a little difficult : )

That is a good question... I write book reviews, so probably one that was sent to me to review. Four more to finish by March 1...
However, for my personal reading, I think I will be reading "The Thirteenth Tale" or "Crispin: At the Edge of the World" next. So many books, so little time...

If I had my way, I would be reading Shadow of the Giant, by Orson Scott Card next. However, I don't own this book, and they don't have it at the local library, so I'll probably just read my Vertebrate Physiology book instead.

I have a choice: Running with Scissors (found a copy when I was out for GREAT price) or an Alice Hoffman book (I have a few I've found on my book shopping expeditions) or MAYBE even Witchling, a book with paranormal main characters my mother couldn't finish, which could be a bad sign.

My next book, which I will begin today, is Obasan by Joy Kogawa. Although it's an older book (1981), it took me three months to get my turn from our local library. It's so in demand that it's a two-week only check out with no renewal. One would think that a city as large as Houston, Texas would have more than one copy.

I am going to finish Mitch Albom's new book, "For One More Day" and then I am going to read "Lucky" by Alice Sebold. I also have a couple Anne Rivers Siddons laying in wait.

i JUST started reading james and the giant peach today. i found it on a list of books that everybody should read at some point in their lives. so i reserved a few of them at the library. it is one of the 100 most banned books from schools and libraries. i don't see anything "ban" worthy yet but we'll see. oh, and i'm also reading harry potter and the half blood prince again in preparation for deathly hallows this summer.
