The last time I checked, the Bears scored fewer points than the Colts.
I'm pretty sure that the team that scores the most points is declared the winner.
And, since the Colts scored more points than the Bears... the Bears lost.
Actually, I think the Bears deserved to be in the Super Bowl, and I don't think there is much difference between the two teams. But on Sunday, the Colts played a better game.

Rex Grossman choked. He didn't have that bad of a game but those INTs crippled the Bears, especially that ugly pass Hayden intercepted for a TD. The Bears were only down 5 at that point, but it turned into a 12 point deficit.

i imagine the superbowl will be steelers vs bears those 2 communities were so underrated quite the bears this three hundred and sixty 5 days although the steelers have the superb protection in th nfl and the steelers have the 0.33 maximum list 12-4 also the bears brian urlachr who's interior the best tacklers with ninety seven also they have jay cutler who has alot of touchdowns compared o persons which he has 23 of them the steelers have mike wallace who's to me between the superb huge recievers and also one among my different widespread huge reciever is hines ward thats all I surely ought to assert yeah so bye

I think they lost it because they got behind, and they just don't have the offensive power to make a comeback. They were likely in awe of their surroundings, you know, like they hadn't been to the Super Bowl since I don't know when.And the weather was cruel, but I guess they both had that to contend with,eh ? I just think they choked because of all the hype. But, they WILL be back !!!

They did everything they had to do to get to the Super Bowl. But amidst all the glitz & glam that was the week before XLI, they lost focus

they lost because Grossman kept fumbling the ball on third down and the defense couldn't stop Peyton Manning and the colts offense.
