Depends on the format. in a typical 5x5, I'm taking Jason Bay next. He'll give you solid numbers in all five standard categories, BA, RBI, HR, R, and SB.
None of the other hitters are as well balanced. No need to take another pitcher early in the draft. Pitching is stacked this year. You'll find very good pitchers in the middle and late rounds.
Depending on how many OFers you need, it becomes quickly apparent in the fantasy drafts this year that OF is unusually thin this year. For the last 2 or 3 years, all the young hitting talent coming into the league seems to be in the infield and at catcher.
Seeing that its a keeper league, you can move Roy Halladay, Jake Peavy, Jeremy Bonderman, Derek Lee, Justin Morneau, and Andruw Jones out of the equation already. You don't need to keep multiple pitchers. I also not a believer in keeping 2 hitters from the same team as in Soriano and Lee. You can get Jones' bat in the draft, no need to hold on to him. Morneau, has been incredibly inconsitent throughout his career (major and minors) aside from the fact that as a 1st baseman, what he brings to the table is easy to replace in a draft.
So it comes down to Ramirez, Ichiro, and Bay. The three outfielder. Bay is the youngest and the most well rounded of the three. To me, its not really a hard choice to take Bay.

I take my risk and take the "MVP" because here's why:
-Manny Ramirez is consistent in providing power number, but you don't need to load on OF this early just yet. Wait till the later round to find some surprises.
-Roy Halladay is an injury risk waiting to happen again, so I wouldn't advise picking him, unless he's still avalible in the later round (which is not going to happen)
-Jake Peavy had some offseason trouble along with a nightmarish 2006, so I wouldn't jump on him this early yet, although he still capable of producing again.
-Jason Bay is a solid OF and Adam LaRoche should provide him some protection, but I wouldn't invest in OF this early yet.
-Ichiro is a one-trick pony but a FA this year could mean big numbers and his ticket out of Seattle, but his age scares me for a player concerning speed.
- Derrek Lee is coming off an injury and could bounce back, but realistically a 31 HR season is likely rather than the 46 he produce two years ago.
-Andruw Jones is a FA this year but investing on an OF this high of a round is not my cup of tea.
-Jeremy Bonderman is a good pitcher, but I'm afraid that power pitchers tends to give up more HR and eventually more runs.
Morneau is still young and probably be safe, but he did hit .230 two year ago, so there is a caution sign, but I still pick him because he still healthy and has lots of years to produce, even for a keeper league.

Wow, how many teams are in this league, 6? That's an incredible list to choose from in the 4th round!!!
1B tendds to be a very deep position, so as much as I love Morneau, you have to wait on him. Bonderman shouldn't be in the same list as Halladay and Peavy.
Since you already have a top SP I'd take Manny Ramirez. I'm basing this mostly on the fact that your league looks incredibly shallow, so you shouldn't have to worry about SB too much. In a deeper league with better players I'd be very tempted to take Jason Bay or Ichiro.
Regardless, this list is ridiculous.

For me it'd be down between these three players.. Roy Halladay, Justin Morneau, & Andruw Jones.
You already have an OF, SS, SP.
Personally, I'd go for Morneau.. then Halladay.

Jones. He had a monster year last year and is a bit younger than Manny (5 years to be exact). He is a player that can help youfor the next few years at several spots (HR, RBI, Runs, AVG, SB). Try to save half of your pitching spots for your closers. They are they only pitchers who can score for you in all the pitching spots. You may not end up leading your league in wins, but you should be near the top in all other pitching categories (at least that strategy worked for me last year).

Manny is a HITTER pure and simple. He never has a bad year and is good for .300 30+ and 120, not to mention the runs he scores when big papi drives him in. The others are all good players, but aren't near as consistent.

I'd have to go with Halladay, starting pitchers are a lot harder to come by than position guys. He is $ in the bank, 20 game winner!
