Your grammar checker will say something is a fragment if it is not a proper sentence. To correct it, see why it doesn't make sense on its own. The most likely reason is that it does not have a verb. All sentences, however short, must have one in order to make sense.
eg "A sunny day" is a fragment. To correct it, add a verb. "It was a sunny day" or "A sunny day began". Do you see?

Use either conjunctions words such as "and, or, but,". Also use prepositions and add prepositional phrases.
