Can you pretty much do whatever you normally would at the gym or should you alter your program a bit? I just don't want it to make ttc more difficult. Anyone have info. straight from a Dr.'s mouth?

As far as I know, you can do pretty much any kind of exercise while TTC.

I think abd exercises are only restricted after the first trimester of pregnancy.

well- get a doctors advice but i know for sure there are certain excercises that are not recommended like push ups, sit ups, jumping jax etc.
