It could be racial profiling, Cincinnati was a strong hold of the KKK in the past, and let's be honest, things have changed a little but hate breeds hate. I live close enough to Cincy to watch the news, I also can watch Dayton and Indianapolis's new casts. Neither of those cities appear to have as much violent crime as Cincinnati. Okay, it may be a different style of news casting I agree, but couldn't it also be that there is just more crime in Cincinnati than in some other large cities? Perhaps the Bengal's players are at higher risk for arrest because the cities police force can not control the violence, but they also need some good publicity, and arresting high profile people gets some publicity and takes some attention off the other crimes that police are having trouble stopping. Or maybe some the Bungles players are just the kind of people that get arrested.

As many players it takes for the NFL to realize that the Cincinnati & Clevelabd franchises would be better off "combined" out in the greater Los Angeles. Teams names?

I predict they break their own record and hit the 20 mark. Here is another prediction Marvin Lewis gets arrested, just to see why all his players like it in jail.
