theme:a truth about life revealed in a work of literature.
climax:a story's most emotional or suspenseful point.
rising action:problems that arise as characters struggle to reach their goals.

Exposition-undepicted plot elements are elaborated in dialogue or other features (such as a newspaper headline, or overheard conversation etc.) within a film, book, or other works of fiction

conflit- the problem

rising action- the events that lead to the climax

climax- the high point in the novel. usually the problem is solved here.

resolution-how the solved problem in the story affects the characters

themes-a broad idea in a story that is often repeated to get the meaning across
