Does anyone have any good advice for re-establishing child support? I do like what I've read on here, I need to care about noone else but myself. And as far as why he cheated on me, I could care less that he did. Everyones situation is different and I was the one with the last smile on my face we I got the man who adored me the way we were suppose to with each other.

1. You're upset he had an affair or you wouldn't have brought it up in a question dealing with "Child Support." (So you can gain sympathy.) {If anyone saw my questions regarding this type of issue 2 months ago you know what I mean} Here's another prime example... Again! lol

2. You're bragging about a man who adores you... what has that got to do with Child Support? Gloating your new status??

3. You haven't done what you've read on here or you wouldn't pose three topics in one simple question. Muddling those topics only confuse the PURPOSE of your original question.

4. Make one phone call to the County you lived in where the divorce took place - act dumb (not necessary) and ask to speak to someone about child support issues. The operator will contact you with the proper department.

few cents for every dollar he makes will really make no difference, it does not look like he is rich, other wise you will be hiring a lawyer that charge 50%/50% to his clients, leave the poor man alone , it seems that you are using your kids to punish him for what he did to you, some times when women use their kids and the court system to make the life of their ex-husbands miserable end up making head lines in the news , you know what I mean.....if is not much money, live your life, let him live, ask him to be there when his kids need him.....I do not expect to choose me as best answer, but for your kids sake, do not let your kids see you as a beggar or person with no class, and all for a few dollars.

i don't understand what you mean about re-establishing it?
if it was taken away by a court then you would have to go back to court to get it back. if it was turned down by you than technically he still owes it(all of it) because legally he is still liable for it as was ordered by the court.
sometimes people make their own agreement about lowering child support just amongst themselves, but that is not legal or binding, unless it was changed in an order by the courts.

If the case grow to be closed at the same time as she moved to Oklahoma, then you absolutely gained't owe for that era. usually they deliver it to the region the position she is transferring (pronounced as an interstate case). Did you verify to confirm in the journey that they moved the case to ok? Like I reported, in the journey that they closed the case, you do not owe any again help in case you've been paid up in the course of the time the case grow to be open. you'll decide on to ask baby help in case you owe any again help (everywhere the case grow to be opened should be the finest position to the contact). She is transferring to Texas and do you opt on to envision baby help for her to pay? in case you mean so that you'll be able to pay, properly, you ought to attend till she applies there in TX. except you'll courtroom for custody rights/visitation, then there is not any reason so that you'll be able to "set up CS." The guidelines should be diverse, so that you may also ask your community baby help place of work about that (that is often pronounced as an interstate case at the same time as the different figure lives in a diverse state). it really is tremendous that you're being a stunning good dad and searching after your baby!

You will need to check with your state agency that is in charge of child support. Type "(your state) child support enforcement" into the search engine. Good luck!
