my friends are british so i really want to try and get a good costume.

I dont know... but as if you're having a british party! hehe! its like us having an american costume party!! lol...go as Queen Elizabeth the first, she was the best monarch EVER!!

Watch some austin power movies shes blonde and has alot of british costumes.

they're so glamorous, but the only costume which screams bond girl as opposed to 'glamorous bird' is the bikini with the belt, knife, snorkel and mask.
Failing that, you need James Bond on your arm.
