Short answer - No.
Look, they don't hate you because of Bush. They hate you because you advocate freedom of speech, religion, expression, sexuality, and sin.
They hate you because you not only have these things yourself, but because you believe that EVERYONE should have them, and you aren't above saying so.
They hate you because you want women to be able to drive, and criciticise societies where that isn't allowed.
The terrorists HATE you because you are a sinful infidel, and your ways are polluting their world.
One personnel exchange isn't going to alter that equation.
