You do everything possible to achieve something but you fail... so is that mean that it's just not meant to be or...?

I know that this type of question is not anything new, people ask it all the time, however any opinions?

I agree with B in lot of her points there, but even when you do hope for the best and try so hard to do your best, things can go wrong. So are they destined to be?

Until quite recently, my outlook on life was a part religious (buddhist) and part realist... STRANGE COMBINATION, I know...

Now, I actually TRULY believe that events occur not from 'unknown higher powers' - but rather a chain of physical and emotional events...

My mother used to read me my 'annual fortune' - read from the temple fortune scripts... Now I just ignore it.

If you have a bad day, it wasn't 'destined to be a bad day'... It's all about your state of mind and the 'energy' you can receive from physical surroundings, such as other people, the weather, other events in your life...

It's amazing how much in can effect your state of mind by just reading things like horoscopes or seeing fortune tellers etc.. If you hear something good, it's okay, but if you hear a negative prediction, I truly believe this can put a negative effect on your psyche, therefore almost 'teaching yourself' that bad things will happen.... Hence people stating their 'fortune prediction was accurate!!!'

HOWEVER, some personality traits stated by horoscopes - eg - Scorpios tend to be quite charismatic etc have been accurate at times...

LIFE IS WHAT YOU MAKE OF IT!!!!!

every lil thing is its destined to be, because our goal from such situations ( hard work, hope, faith, determination, aim) is simple to gain knoweldge or learn soemthin new or more. positive outcome of hard work is the destination, ur just lookin at the wrong direction. " u see a diff angle from where you are standin, but know that equal sized triangle has same angles in all the three directions" hope that helped.....and sorry if it didnt. i could be wrong as well. chaoo

I guess if Edison had given up at his first try with a light bulb, we would all still be in the dark.
