Apparently there's something like a $140 penalty for early termination. And for me that's double 'cause my wife and I are on a family plan. I called Verizon and they verified that's the way it is. I also called Cingular to see if they would subsidize this penalty if we switched, and they don't do that anymore. Is there a way around this?

Unless they are somehow breaking their contract with you or something is very wrong with their service, there is pretty much no way you can get out of the contract... especially because you probably got two news phones with the deal for free or discounted.

you will possibly desire to purchase yet another telephone at finished retail value or in case you will hit upon a solid deal on one someplace else. there is not any better value to activate it. you only dial *228 choose 3 and put in your 10 dig telephone # to alter telephones. you are able to swap telephones at any time whether youd quite flow lower back to an previous telephone. You wouldnt be able to enhance til a minimum of 365 days out of your final improve and then its w/in basic terms a million 365 days pricing.
