Blueberry, as in "I'm/You're a blueberry".
You'd have to have seen the particular skit from this little-remembered show called The State, about auditions for children's shows-
but what it means is,
I look stupid right now (dressed like a blueberry)
but I'm really perfect (for entertaining in a children's show)
and you just can't see it (because the producer prefers the stodgy opera singer or whomever.)
And yes, I've gotten others to use it...

If you are asking what you call a word that you use all the time, that would be a catchphrase. I say sweet! all the time.
