I don't know what " emo" is.... so , i'll guess the answer is " yes" because you have gangs and razorblades in the same sentence.

I can't tell if this is joke -- in the case that it is not, no, cops do not confiscate razor blades. When the hell would cops even "run into gangs of emo's"?

Yes,of course, anything that is sharp and can some sort of damage usually gets confiscated by the cops especially if you happen to be in that kind of enviroment.

If they are being arrested then yes. Or if they feel they are being threatened by then or other people are being threatened by them. The police can do anything they want when it comes to the safety of others. Sometimes it's a good thing and other times it can really suck. Especially when some people are not doing anything wrong. There just minding there own business.

Do they fight the gay gangs on the east side? I get nervous when I see their gang colors sprayed of purple and magenta. They left a ornamental candle with potpourri on my door one day, I knew I was dead man.
