Surely a boast.. Bremer in my opinion is the worst kind of apologist. A now very rich apologist, but a poor one all the same.

I think it was underlined with a great cry of pain from the White House, when this fact became common knowledge. It is yet another strike against Bush's occupation of Iraq.

Excuse me....he did not say that "Bush" lost the money, and he said it happened it wasn't a boast or a complaint...it just happened.
