Yep. They're not obliged to sell you anything if they don't want to - it's their stock to do what they like with. They don't even have to let you in the door - it's their premises to do what they like with.
Just like you with your house and all your property in it.
The reason they don't have to give you a reason is, rights are absolute. That means if you have a right to do or not to do something, that right is enough reason by itself.
There's a new law now that says they can't refuse service based on your colour, etc, but that'd be tough to prove, because they'd just give the reasons above.

Yes, a shop is private property (like your house) and as long as not because of discrimination - a shop owner can choose who to do business with. However, you must have some idea why the shop owner would ask you to leave and not come back, i.e.: thinks you were shoplifting, harrassing another customer, causing a scene, etc...

Yes they have the right to refuse service to anyone. However they will usually say why your barred.
If they refuse to it could mean it's because of your ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation etc which is illegal so you should push them for a reason and if it's illegal sue them.

If you're black yes! First they get store detectives and security guards to follow you around like you're a thief and then wonder why they can't make a decent profit.

Yes, it's their prerogative. I once went to a cafe that was infamous for banning people. I never was, but it was very arbitrary at times. Not to mention funny.

Yes. The right to refuse service to someone is lawful, so long as it is not due to race, religion, or sexual orientation.

Yeah they can, they don't have to serve you and can ban you and not tell you why. You can get in touch with their head office and ask them why but they too don't have to tell you.
