Going out at weekend. Have a new knee length shirt dress which belts at waist. Was going to wear it with fishnets and round toe platforms I just got. Friend suggested grey belt and grey opaque tights. Really not sure. Dress can be accessorised easily enough but not particularly glam in itself. Any ideas?

Dress is black, as are heels which are 4 inch platforms. Realise fishnets can be seen as tacky but I'm a tranny, how much is that likely to worry me? : )

I'd definitely go with the opaque tights...
Things also depend on what color dress it is.. I wore a similar outfit to work (gray cotton shirtdress, wide black belt, black stilettos, black chandeleir earrrings) and it went GREAT from day to evening.
ENJOY!!!

Don't wear the fishnets. They're tacky. Wear the gray belt and gray opaque tights, too. That will look great! Good luck!

I say no fishnets. Try the gray belt and tights. You can always bring the fishnets and other shoes with you to change into.
Have Fun!

opaque tights and grey belt are good. fish nets are tacky. never wear fishnets. the opaque tights would be fashionable.

I need to know what color the dress is. DO NOT wear fish-nets. Maybe the tights would work, with flat plumps. I like the belt idea. Get a good scarf to go with the dress. If you have boots, wear them!

Go with metallic accessories, it'll glam up everything!! You might want to try metallic accessory for the belt and the tights and the platforms.
