'Sensitive' is not really the right term; to be picky, neither is 'lactose intolerance.' Almost all mammals lose the ability to digest lactose sometime between weaning and puberty; this is not the same thing as an actual sensitivity or allergy. Retaining this ability as an adult is a mutation affecting a large minority of the human species. It only seems 'normal' to those societies where a majority of the population has this mutation - which appears to have arisen, ironically, in central Asia. The majority of *east* Asians do not possess this mutation, but strictly speaking they're the normal ones.
Incidentally, the mutant gene is dominant, so only one parent needs to have it to pass on to their offspring; but many people are 'carriers' of the original gene for 'intolerance' and spontaneous reversion to the ancestral type sometimes occurs.

It takes some special stuff to break milk down. Babies are set up for it, because they are designed for milk (mothers milk of course). In this country, where we consume cows milk regularly we mostly can manage, (with some striking exceptions--
diabetes type 1) but if on milk at all is consumed for a number of years, your body quits making the stuff, and then if you suddenly consume a lot it is embarrassing.

actually 70% of non blacks are sensitive to milk and other dairy and that is why they dont drink it much. however blacks bones are stronger than any other race and that is also why most of them dont have to go to a gym because the muscle is all natural.
asians do not have as strong bones as blacks though actually non blacks in general have weaker bones than blacks. so we have to drink it alot more. but overall asians are healthier than blacks and live longer than any other race.
so there is pro and cons with being asian or black.

Most people are lactose intolerant to some degree. We were not designed to digest it. We are slowly evolving to better break it down though.
So basically it's different for everyone, but most people have some degree of lactose intolerance.
