How much a DJ makes? Im not talking about radio DJ, im talking about a DJ who works at a bar or clubs?

when i worked as one i made about 400-500,a weekend but that was years ago,we used vinyl,Cd's hadn't come out yet,,plus tips

I know about KJs (Karaoke Jockeys)
On the average, the ones I've talked to make between $100 and $150 a night.

depends they only make money if they arnt sponsered and if they are good if they get sponsered by a club they get all there dj supplies fore free "on the club" in most cases. im looking into djing myself and if you dont get sponsered you'll want to put up flyers and set yourself a good price to go off of to tell them when you get a call if you get a call(sometimes the clubs will pay you if your sponsered it all just depends where)
