Are you referring to the Patriot Act? Yes, I would consider that a tool. The government needs something to give them leads. It is my belief that if a person has nothing to hide, then they wouldn't mind. I have nothing to hide in my past or currently for that matter. They can tap my phone and 'puter all they want. There's nothing in here except homework from college, games and personal stuff. No skeletons in my closets.
