i dont understand, sometimes when i move my toes into a weird position my feet freeze up and start to hurt for a few seconds. iv accidently done this a few times and now theres like a scar there. wat is it?!? am i a freak of nature? has this ever happened to anyone else?

I think that you are pinching a nerve in your foot when you do that, which is paralyzing your whole foot! Probably nothing that you can do, just be careful!!!

Its very possible that when you move a certain way ligaments in your foot get caught or move into the wrong place causing your foot to become "paralyzed". If your shoes are too tight that could be the cause, but definitely set up an appointment with your PCP to get it checked out. They will probably refer you to a foot doctor or send you for an MRI.

No, I've had that happen to me too. Especially if I'm missing certain nutrients or if I've worn shoes that don't fit right.

you are probably pinching a nerve. the exact same thing happens to me all the time, especially when i lay on my stomach.

Do you mean flexing your foot? Sometimes tendons can get caught on one another.
