I think it's late 30's. For instance Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp are way hotter now than they were when they were young.

40's and on up. Men (and women) become comfortable with who they are and that just adds to the sexiness.

I'd say 40+, generally. I guess it depends on your own personal taste, but I've always loved Axl Rose, and He's got to be 10X hotter now than he was when he was younger (and he was smokin then). Dave Navarro(almost 40), Sean Connery, Bill Paxton, Keanu Reeves, Mark Harmon, wow, I could list many, many extremely handsome, hot men past their late 30's. It's funny you asked this question, I was recently wondering why I find all these "old" guys hot. (I'm pushin 30) But I guess if you've always liked men older than yourself, than the older you get, the older the guys you think are hot get. Good question, now you have me fantasizing about all these yummy men..........

You are citing extreme examples. Those guys take good care of themselves because 360 days out of the year, they aren't working and can spend the whole day in the gym. They can also afford the best dentist treatments and have little stress on themselves so they aren't eating and putting away the pounds. If you eat right and take care of yourself, you can look good later in life. Here is another example... Rick Springfield is in his late 50's, but I don't think he looks much older than 44 and a good 44 at that. It's because he eats well and gets his excercise jumping and sweating all over the stage everynight.

I don't know about all that, but we are more a lot more stable and appreciative of the women in our lives. When guys are in their teens and twenties, all they can think about are the various ways to get females panties off.
